I–V characteristics annealed (a) in ambient condition (b) in a nitrogen atmosphere with different annealing temperature. I–V characteristics annealed in an air atmosphere reveals a degradation in the TS performance at temperature higher than 250 ℃. Contrastively annealed in a nitrogen ambient clearly ensuring the stable performance of TS without exhibiting no degradation up to 400 ℃.
