Circulating miRs are reduced in maternal whole blood in women at 36 weeks’ gestation who will go on to develop term preeclampsia. miR18a (A), miR363 (B), miR1283 (C), miR149 (D), miR16 (E) and miR424 (F) were all significantly reduced in the whole blood of women who will go on to develop preeclampsia relative to control women.
