Schematic outline of the in vivo experimental design. Broilers were vaccinated at day 5 (V1) and day 15 (V2). Groups E1 and E2 were challenged with IBV B1648 day 14. Group E2 received AuraShield L in the drinking water for 5Â days. At day 28 performance was recorded and 30 broilers euthanized for analysis.
