Stability of the 293T/MERS and Jurkat/NFAT-luc/FcγRIIIa cell lines. The ADCC activity of h2E6 was determined using different target cells or effector cells of different passage number. (A) The Jurkat/NFAT-luc/FcγRIIIa cells at passage number of 7, 17, 27, and 37 were selected to validate stability along with the 293T/MERS cells at passage number of 7. (B) The 293T/MERS cells at passage number of 7, 15, 23, 31, and 37 were tested to demonstrate their stability together with the Jurkat/NFAT-luc/FcγRIIIa at passage number of 7.
