Central macular thickness (CMT) decreased from 281.63 to 261.22 μm, and the hyperreflective signal lesions in the outer layer of the retina decreased. (C,D) Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) images of the patient. MNV in both figures shows a small, vascular chaotic high-flow vascular network with a tree bud shape. The MNV areas in (C) and (D) are 0.54 and 0.23 mm2, while the blood vessel areas are 0.23 and 0.13 mm2, respectively.
