Validation of major gene expressions involved in DEP-mediated olfactory dysfunction pathway. The mRNA expression level of five key genes was verified using qRT-PCR. Each gene has an expression pattern consistent with the microarray result. Error bars represent means ± standard deviations. Statistical significance was indicated as * for p-value ≤ 0.05 and as ** for p-value ≤ 0.01.
