Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron VPI-5842 and Bacteroides ovatus ATCC 8483 yeast mannan polysaccharide utilisation loci (PULs). Each gene is depicted to reflect its orientation and scale on the genome. The number below each gene is its locus tag.
