IB-MECA stimulated cAMP inhibition at WT or mutant A3R with increasing concentrations of K18. Flp-In-CHO cells (2000 cells/well) stably expressing WT or mutant A3R were exposed to forskolin 10 μM, IB-MECA and K18 at varying concentrations for 30 min and cAMP accumulation detected.
