  1. N-biotinylated-Avitagged wtSd was immobilized on sensor chips and the affinity of different Yki and Vg fragments was measured by Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR). Affinities were determined either at equilibrium by a standard SPR method (Kd) or by kinetic titration (KdKT). The average and standard error of n ≥ 2 separate experiments are given. n. m.: not measured.
