Principal component analysis (PCA) plot of the cell-type proportion matrix resulted from all 3702 microarray samples from all AHBA brains, averaged over three different scRNA-seq inputs. The colors indicate the three regions (cerebrum, brainstem, and cerebellum) of the sample.
