Rapid, millimeter-scale, time-resolved SPC, MPM ex vivo imaging of fresh scalp tissue. Tile-mosaic images (4.5 × 4.5 mm2, 25 MPx) acquired and restored with CARE in 2.5 min at select depths of 30 μm (a), 50 μm (b) and 80 μm (c) corresponding to the epidermis, DEJ and papillary dermis, respectively.
