Second column: The number of genes expected in this category. Third column: The observed number of genes that map to this GO category. Forth column: Fold Enrichment is the observed number divided by the expected number. If it is greater than 1, it indicates that the category is overrepresented. Fifth column: A plus sign indicates overrepresentation of this GO category. Sixth column: Cutoff is 0.05. Seventh column: The probability that the number of genes observed in this category occurred by chance.
