Statistical significance was assessed by two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni correction. B The expressions of lipid metabolism related genes in mice retina. Sterol cleavage activating protein (SCAP), sterol regulatory element binding protein (SREBP-1) in Apoe−/− mice and C57BL6/J with HFD and LFD mice. GAPDH was used as the internal reference of PCR. The mean value and standard deviation of 8 cDNA samples were shown in each histogram, and LFD-C57BL/6J was used as the control.
