Effect of ΔyieP , ΔyohJK and yohJK++ on GFP-intensity of 3-HP biosensors. Five E. coli W strains (W, W ΔyieP, W ΔyohJK, W ΔyiePΔyohJK, and W yohJK++) harboring the BS-E biosensor module were grown in the modified M9 minimal medium containing varying 3-HP concentration (0–25 mM).
