Effect of the GFP labeling of hUCMSCs in vitro. GFP-labeled hUCMSCs were observed under a fluorescence microscope, and the positive rate of GFP-labeled hUCMSCs was analyzed by flow cytometry. The positive rate after labeling was 100%.
