Differences in the proportion of Fusobacterium between heavy drinkers and non/light drinkers by cases (CRC patients) and controls. The proportion of Fusobacterium OTUs was significantly higher in heavy drinkers than in non/light drinkers (P = 0.003); no corresponding pattern was observed in controls. We used R software to perform the comparison and generate the figure.
