Purple branches correspond to SH-values below 0.5, brown branches correspond to SH-values near 0.5, and green branches correspond to SH-values close to 1. Symbiodiniaceae species are written in blue, and blue stars depict collapsed branches containing Symbiodiniaceae species. The tree was made using PhyML(v3.1)41 and visualised using the Interactive Tree of Life software (v5.6.3)44.
