Growth pattern (TGC: thermal growth coefficient) of red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii fed different experimental diets over 9 weeks. A dampening of growth over time gradually setting-in at higher BM inclusion in the crayfish diet (from BM66 to BM100). At the end of culture, BM100 resulted in twice less growth (p < 0.05) than achievable on other diets (control or BM33 and BM66—statistically comparable TGC).
