Determination of 3-keto-d-glucose by the Hayano and Fukui method. Four microliters of the reaction product of LgdB2 extracted with water from a TLC plate was mixed with 1 μl of 1 M potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) and incubated at room temperature for 3 min.
