(B,C) Early- and late-phase fluorescein angiography (FA) demonstrates a macular hyperfluorescent area with leakage. (D,E) Early- and late-phase indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) displays the presence of an hyperfluorescent lesion (highlighted with green head arrows) with dye washout in the late phase. (F) A fibrovascular pigment epithelium detachment with subretinal hyperreflective material is detected with structural OCT.
