The secretome of EqMDEC reduces tumorigenicity in vivo. NSG mice were injected orthotopically with 3 × 106 MDA-MB-231 cells in Matrigel. Two weeks later, mice were intratumorally injected with DMEM (control) or EqMDEC conditioned medium (CM) daily for two weeks.
