(A) The significant gene ontology terms of associated biological processes from differentially up-and down-regulated genes in CBD-treated FaDu cells were listed (twofold difference with p < 0.05). (B) The list showed the DNA damage- and cell cycle arrest-related genes in RNA-seq data. (C) The expression levels of down-regulated genes encoding MCM2, PARP1, and BRCA1 were confirmed by quantitative real-time RT-PCR and compared with the results of RNA-seq.
