In vitro localization of wild type CCDC66 and the truncated mutant CCDC66. Immunocytochemistry shows wild type Myc-CCDC66 expressed in the cytoplasm with punctate perinuclear labelling, and no apparent nuclear localization (A). In contrast, expression of the mutant Myc-CCDC66 is largely restricted to the nucleus with faint cytoplasmic expression (B).
