From: Generation of immune cell containing adipose organoids for in vitro analysis of immune metabolism

Mass spectrometry lipid analysis of 3D adipose tissue spheroids is a new tool to efficiently study lipid metabolism in vitro. SVF were differentiated and harvested at day 1, day 4, day 6 and day 9.
