tdh2 gene deletion can suppress the DNA damage sensitivity of hst3hst4∆ cells. (a,c) Plate assays monitoring the sensitivity of each DNA damaging agent (methyl methanesulfonate (MMS), hydroxyurea (HU) and camptothecin (CPT)). A ten-fold dilution of the cell suspension was sequentially diluted (from left to right) and then spotted on solid medium. WT: wild-type.
