The median of the baseline QTc was 416 (404–433) ms; after treatment QTc was prolonged to 423 (405–438) ms. Panel B. Distribution of patients according to the percentage increase of the QT interval with respect to the basal. The vast majority of patients presented a mild (0–9.9%) raise in QTc during treatment.
