PZ-DHA undergoes phase I metabolism in the presence of freshly prepared mouse liver microsomes. PZ-DHA (1.1 µM) was incubated with 100 mM NADPH in the presence of mouse liver microsome for 1 h at 37 °C. Metabolites from PZ-DHA (A) hydrolysis, (B) and (C) hydroxylation, and (D) epoxidation were identified.
