SARS-CoV-2 S, M and N protein cross-reactive T cells in non-responders. PBMCs from 4 young (red dot) and 5 older (black dot) adults NR, were cultured in the presence of (a) SARS-CoV-2 recombinant Spike protein (2.5 µg/ml) or S1 and S2 peptide pools (1 µg/ml); (b) N and M peptide pools (1 µg/ml each peptide) and frequency of IFN-γ producing T cells measured by ELISpot. Data were background subtracted and expressed as SFC/106 PBMCs. Each dot represents a single subject and columns the median.
