From: Cisplatin induced neurotoxicity is mediated by Sarm1 and calpain activation
Calpain inhibitor AK295, inhibited CDDP-induced caspase 3/7 activation (A) suggesting that caspase activity is downstream of calpain activation (RLU: relative light units).
