Bacteroides, Enterobacteriaceae, Megamonas and Megasphaera were significantly more abundant in the WD group than the control group (P < 0.05). Lachnospiraceae, Ruminococcaceae, Blautia, Ruminococcus, Coprococcus Clostridium and Lachnospira of WD group were significantly less abundant in the WD group than the control group (P < 0.05). Starred samples (*) showed significant differences between the two groups.
