Synergetic effect analysis of Dox/FUdR (1:4) and Dox@affi-F/AuNPs in BT474 and MCF-7 cells. The combination index (CI) value was calculated by Compusyn software (http://www.combosyn.com). The CI values greater than 1, equal to 1 and less than 1 are considered as antagonistic, additive and synergistic effects, respectively.
