Kaplan–Meier analysis of DFS and OS according to CD4+ CD69+ (A,B) and CD8 + HLA-DR+ (C,D) percentage in sentinel nodes. The median value of 37.5% for CD69+ and 25.2% for HLA-DR+ was a priori chosen as the cut-off for separating sentinel nodes with low and high expression of aforementioned surface markers. The p-value for the difference between the two curves was determined by the log-rank test.
