Development of the main scoliotic curve angle (mean ± standard error, in degrees) before and after MCGR implantation and after every lengthening procedure with n > 10. Significance (***p < 0.001) between the time points and the initial value was evaluated with paired Student’s t-test. The regression line is drawn for all values post implantation. Patients have a minimum follow-up of four years, but radiographs were not taken at each evaluation and therefore numbers differ.
