Cytotoxicity assay of Human Dental Pulp Stem Cells (hDPSCs). (A) MTT assay after 1 day exposure to the biomaterials. One way ANOVA with Tukey post-hoc comparisons showed that intracellular buffering by addition of BAPTA-AM significantly reduced the MTT signal in Control (p < 0.01), Biodentine (p < 0.001) and ProRoot WMTA (p < 0.01) groups. (B) TUNEL assay after 1 day exposure to the biomaterials. One way ANOVA with Tukey post-hoc comparisons revealed no significant difference in the % of TUNEL positive cells.
