The targets were set at angles of 0°, 8°, 25°, 45°, and 75° to either side of the mirror’s midline. (B) Point of subjective equality (PSE). The probability of choosing the right hand for each target is fitted to a logistic function for each participant. The horizontal axis indicates the target angle, where 0 is the midline as the physical centre (positive degree means rightward rotation and negative degree means leftward rotation relative to the midline). The vertical axis indicates the rate of right-hand selection. PSE, the estimated location at which participants were equally likely to use the right and left hand, was thus determined.
