Expression of AITRL in response to ABA treatment. (a) Expression of AITRL in response to ABA. Twelve-day-old Col wild type seedlings were treated with 50 µM ABA or solvent methanol as a control for 4 h. Total RNA was isolated and qRT-PCR was used to examine the expression of AITRL. The expression of ACT2 was used as an inner control, and the expression level of AITRL in the control sample was set as 1. Data represent the mean ± SD of three replicates. *Significantly different from the control (p < 0.0001). (b) Expression of AITRL in the aba1-5 mutants. Total RNA was isolated from 12-day-old Ler wild type and aba1-5 mutant seedlings, and qRT-PCR was used to examine the expression of AITRL. The expression of ACT2 was used as an inner control, and the expression level of AITRL in the wild type seedlings was set as 1. Data represent the mean ± SD of three replicates. *Significantly different from the wild type (p < 0.005).
