Effects of CUR, RES and SFN on TNF-α and IL-6 protein levels in LPS/IFN- γ-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated for 24 h with CUR, RES or SFN (5 and 20 M) in the presence of LPS (10 ng/mL) plus IFN-γ (10 U/mL) with DOX (0.1 µM).
