Basal and LPS/IFN-γ-induced relative expression of miR-146a, miR-155 and miR-21 miRNAs in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated for 6 h with LPS (10 ng/mL) plus IFN-γ (10 U/mL). The basal and induced expression levels of miR-146a, miR-155, and miR-21 were measured using qPCR and were normalized to RNU6. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E. (n = 3). Comparisons are made with ANOVA followed by Student–Newman–Keuls (SNK) post-hoc test; *, P < 0.05, compared with corresponding control.
