Effects of CUR, RES and SFN on TLR4 mRNA expression levels in LPS/IFN-γ-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated for 6 h with CUR, RES or SFN (5 and 20 µM) in the presence of LPS (10 ng/mL) plus IFN-γ (10 U/mL) with DOX (0.1 µM). TLR4 mRNA levels were measured using qPCR and were normalized to GAPDH. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E. (n = 3).
