POM: particulate organic matter, SOM: sedimentary organic matter, DTP: detrital terrestrial plant material. For OM pools (POM and SOM), the % indicate the relative importance of primary producers (bacteria, phytoplankton, DTP etc.) assessed by major FAs trophic markers.
