Antibody–antigen binding affinity scoring protocol. The antibodies with their modeled H3 loop ensembles are scored for antigen binding using SIE and Talaris energies combined into a consensus score. This model is used to rank the best designs. Visual inspection is then used to remove candidates that have obvious flaws in internal geometry and/or intermolecular interactions.
