Surface Accessibility as defined in MOE (Chemical Computing Group) is calculated using the crystal structure and is shown under each corresponding H3 loop sequence as histograms indicating the degree of burial. Positive bars indicate that a residue is buried. Dashed purple rectangles highlight H3 stem regions.
