(A) The extracts of the CJ dried pericarp were fermented with A. oryzae and S. cerevisiae was analyzed using HPLC. HPLC chromatograms of unfermented extracts (red line), A. oryzae fermented extracts (red line), S. cerevisiae fermented extracts (red line) and gallic acid (blue line). The data are presented as the mean ± SD. FaDu cells were treated with the indicated concentration of gallic acid for 24 h. Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay (B), and expression of IGFBP-2 was analyzed by Western blot (C). The data are presented as the mean ± SD.
