Differentially expressed miRNA at the post dry immersion time point. miRNA profiles were assessed only at the pre-DI and post-DI time points. This figure shows miRNA which were differentially expressed at the post-DI compared to pre-DI time point. All data are expressed mean ± SEM. Graph A shows miRNA that were up regulated after DI on the A card, and graph B shows miRNA that were downregulated after DI on the A card. Graph C shows B card up regulated miRNA, whilst graph D shows B card downregulated miRNA. * P < 0.05, Paired samples t-test and repeated measures ANOVA, n = 8 biological replicates.
