Emission intensity of He I 587.6 nm (triplet) and He I 667.8 nm (singlet) lines when only the first laser with an energy of 82 mJ is focused onto different sub-targets in the surrounding He gas at 3 kPa. The gate delay and gate width of the detection system were set as 200 ns and 50 μs, respectively, after the initiation of the first laser.
