Analysis of PSMA expression levels. WB of PCa tumor tissues and a positive control, all samples were run on the same blot. The non-relevant bands were cropped from the image, the full-length blot is presented in Supplementary Fig. 1 (a). Semi-quantification of WB, the relative density of PSMA was normalized using β-actin as loading control. Quantification was only performed using bands from the same blot (b). Data for PC-3, 22Rv1 and C4-2 (n = 5) is presented as mean ± SD. IHC of PSMA expression of PC-3 (c), 22Rv1 (d) and C4-2 (e) tumor tissue.
