From: Impact of the molar activity and PSMA expression level on [18F]AlF-PSMA-11 uptake in prostate cancer
C4-2 xenograft bearing mice were injected with [18F]AlF-PSMA-11 with either a low MAapp (1.92 ± 0.27 MBq/µg), medium MAapp (18.91 ± 1.67 MBq/µg) or high MAapp (194.8 ± 32.1 MBq/µg). Boxplots represent SUVmean values 60 min p.i. of PSMA expressing tissues including salivary glands, lacrimal glands, spleen and excretory organs (kidneys and bladder). The high MAapp was set as reference and the significance level was set at p = 0.05. Ns = not significant, **p < 0.01.
