Adipose tissue measurement taken 10 cm above the level of the umbilicus. The subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) thickness measured from the inner border of the skin down to line alba. The visceral adipose tissue (VAT) thickness measured from the posterior edge of the line alba to the anterior aortic wall.
