Proteomic analysis of circulating EVs from GBM patients unveils specific cargos. (A) Plasmatic extracellular vesicles (EVs) were separated from six plasmas (3 healthy donors and 3 GBM patients), as described in Fig. 1A. Protein cargoes were quantitatively analyzed through label-free liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS).
