MTD12813 modulation of cytokine responses in Kp-1705 sepsis. Mice were challenged i.p. with Kp-1705 and treated 1 h later with MTD12813 (1.25 mg/kg i.p.) (M) or saline (C). The sham (S) cohort received bacteria-free suspension buffer at t = 0 followed by saline 1 h later. Mice were euthanized 4 or 24 h p.i. and plasma samples and cytokines quantified. P values were calculated using ANOVA with Uncorrected Fisher’s LSD.
